1. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
A product/item purchased online can be Exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size was delivered.
- The product or item does not match the original specification shown online.
- The product/item must be intact with all original tags attached, unused, and unwashed.
Exchange Procedure
- Notification: Prior to shipping the return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by calling us at 03491482449 or by writing us at ashiyanacollectionofficail@gmail.com.
- Special Editions: Limited Edition items, if any, can only be EXCHANGED through the Online Store.
Important Limitations
- Exchange is applicable one time only per order.
- Articles purchased on SALE are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Perfumes and similar intimate products are not Exchangeable or Returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued if an exchange is not possible (e.g., the replacement product is out of stock) and the return request is approved.
Refund Procedure
- After the approval of your return request, the company will process your refund through your bank.
- You will be credited for the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- Please allow us up to two weeks for the processing of the refund after the item is received and inspected.
3. Shipping Policy & Order Cancellation
Shipping Policy
- Ashiyana Collection is not responsible for non-shipment of an ordered product due to the unavailability of stock. (Order verification is not considered order confirmation.)
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct address and phone number at the time of booking.
- Free delivery (if applicable) is only valid for the first delivery attempt. If you miss your order delivery, redelivery charges will apply.
- We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but our logistics partners require additional working days for delivery; this time may vary depending on a range of factors.
Order Cancellation
- An order can be cancelled by the customer any time before the order is processed (i.e., before it is handed over to the courier).
- Once the order is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will be applied.
- Ashiyana Collection has the right to cancel an order at any stage or at any time during the processing due to any necessary condition (e.g., stock error) and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of the said order.

The Ashiyana Collection management team retains the right to change this return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
